Our Terms of Service
Please read all our terms of services prior bookkeeping an appointment with us. You are a very valuable customer for us & we want to bring you the best of our services, so your experience with us will be clear and enjoyable during your visit.
Sazu Beauty is By-Appointment Only, it means that time is reserve exclusively for you because we respect the time of our customers. Walk-in are not accepted. However, we are very flexible with the time & days to accommodate you, we understand how busy the life can be. You can make your appointment by text, call or online.
CONSULTATION FEE
Sazu Beauty offers a free consultation, it could be in person, call or video. We require you to send us a picture of the area to treat for an accurate price, every person is personalized and prices varies depending in your needs.
DEPOSIT
If you decided to continue with an appointment, a deposit of $50 is required to secure an appointment, the deposit is non-refundable and included in the procedure price. No reservation is secure until the deposit is received. The deposit is deducted from the total amount, therefor, the remaining balance will be due at the first session.
Deposit can be send to Zelle, Venmo at Sazu Beauty (626) 404-9974 or through our web page www.sazubeauty.com. Also, Debit Card & Credit Cards are accepted, except those one that will expire in a month. We don’t accept checks or money orders.
BEFORE TREATMENT
Sazu Beauty require for each customer to fill out a medical history & consents forms. Those forms should be filled before the first treatment start. We will send you the form through your phone number or e-mail. In case you can’t fill the form electronically let us know in advance to print out the form. In case you refuse to fill the consents forms, we are not going to start with the treatment. We are looking the best for both parts.
CONTINUATION VISIT FEE
Paramedical tattoo & permanent makeup is not a single procedure. Some of the procedures only needs two visits, the first one and then the retouch such as Microblading or Ombre Powder Brows.
There are others procedures that needs more than two continuation visits scheduled 6 to 8 weeks sequentially after the initial procedure and each following procedure. The form of payment can be make it at once which is in the first day of your appointment or make it in different payments in each visit. Sazu Beauty offers payment plans through Cherry.
CANCELLATION
Sazu Beauty is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen therefore we require 24 hours notice to make any adjustments.
All appointments are subject to a 24 hour cancellation notice. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee. No Shows are subject to a cancellation fee and deposit won’t be refundable.
LATE POLICY
If you are running late for your scheduled appointment, you must notify us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you arrive late 15 minutes without any notification, we will cancel your appointment or if you don’t show to your appointment, we will cancel your appointment.
FIXED PRICES
Sazu Beauty reserves the right to refuse services to anyone. Our prices are subject to change at any time. We strive to provide competitive pricing for our high-quality services.
Please note new clients are not elegible for touch-up pricing when initial session wasn’t performed with Sazu Beauty.
BRINGING CHILD TO YOUR VISIT
For safety and sanitation reasons, we cannot allow children in the studio at any time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness such as a cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of sense of smell, or if you have been exposed recently to someone with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19, or if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and not yet cleared as contagious by state or local public health officials, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment.
Our safety measures are in line with requirements set by the City of Los Angeles, and include the use of gloves, face masks, and barrier film during treatment. We also practice hand washing with antiseptic soap and hot water throughout the day between clients. Most of the items we use, such as tattoo needles, are discarded after each treatment. For items that are re-used, such as hand-held mirrors and iPads, they are disinfected between treatments with a medical-grade solution.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping to keep everyone safe, and we look forward to providing you with the highest level of service. If you have any questions about our safety measures, please don't hesitate to contact us.
ALLERGIES
If you considerate you are prone to allergy we recommended sensitivity patch testing for whose may have allergy to nickel or some ingredients in the pigment. The cost of sensitivity of allergy is $75.
REFUNDS
All treatments are non-refundable.
